Before you pay
Every purchase happens in person at our counter, so you can see and feel what you are buying. Please check the fabric, the colour, the print and the measurement while you are at the counter — once the bill is paid, the sale is final.
Our staff are happy to unfold a piece, measure it, or bring another shade for you to compare. Ask before paying, not after.
Buying online
We do not sell online. There is no cart, no online payment and no delivery — our website and our WhatsApp number are there to show you what is in stock and to answer questions, and every purchase is completed in the store.
Coins
Coins earned on a bill follow that bill. If a bill is cancelled at the counter on the same day, the coins it earned are reversed and any coins it used come back to your balance.

Message us on WhatsApp or come in and speak to us — we would rather sort something out in person than leave you unhappy.
